+1 on Brad Benson. DO NOT ever go there. I know I've posted this already but worth repeating:

I talked on the phone with someone at Brad Benson and he was really pushy. Trying to get me to come in and buy a used 03 with 25K miles for $27K.

Also checked out another silver 03 at Cherry Hill Triplex with 20K miles. Test drove it and all and I sit down with them and they give me a price of $30,999....I was like " .....ummm, I can get that brand new one other there for the same price." Then he was trying to come up with so excuse why it was priced so high. Then they were also only going to give me $5K for my car. I said forget it..no thanks. Then he comes back with a price of $27K and they'll give me $6K for my car. Again I said no thanks. Comes back a THIRD time and has the same price of $27K but says they'll give me $7K for my car. And for a THIRD time I said no thanks. So the next day I see it on autotrader for $27,200. Jerks were trying to screw me with that $31K price. Oh well....they lost my business.

I'm going to check out another one tomorrow. If that doesn't work out the search continues.

 

A little further, but Ocean Mitsubishi in Warwick, RI has 2 03's. A black one and a yellow one. I have been dealing with this dealer becasue i go to school in RI (from NY) and they are very helpful with all of my warranty issues (ie. wing and calipers)

They also include free tires brakes etc etc with a purchase of a car from them. Something like a 3,000 dollar value (might be bull **** but hey free tires)

The yellow one had like 23k i think and the black one had 16k. Might be worth checking out because they have had both on their lot since Christmas and they may have some room to work with.

Thanks for the heads up. I just checked out their website and they have both of them priced at $27K.

 

Evo's at the dealer hold their prices well. If you want them cheap, gotta buy private party.
And being that CT9A is going out of production this summer, the prices are not gonna go down.
I hate it when people sell low, then if I was buying, I'd love to get one for low price myself

Cherry Hill triplex has a used silver 03 with rims.... they also have a used 05 red RS. I seen it like two days ago.

 

try HEALEY mitsubishi in goshen NY (orange county) 845-291-1998, the last time i passed buy they had two used evos for sale, 03 apex silver,and a GG MR 05 i believe. give them a call you have nothing to lose except the price of a long distance call,good luck, Danny

 

I drove the silver one(22K miles) and I was going to buy it until they tried to sell it to me for $30,999 ....I was like " ...I can just buy that brand NEW one for that price ".....plus they were not going to give me enough for my car($5K). Then he comes back and drops the price to $27K and bumped my trade in to $7K. Still way to high. I said forget it. But yeah I saw both of those cars. Thanks for looking out.

 

If it's the same silver one with the tinted windows stay away. That car was beat the ****. It has a valve tap and everything. I went for a test drive and the check engine light was on.
