Ohio Area Photoshoots
Getting in front of the Rock Hall is no biggie. You can't get right next to it....but I think you could get close enough to get some cool shots.
Another is the Great Lakes Science Center right next to the Rock Hall. Or the F-4 Phantom display right at Burke Lakefront Apt.
I think the downtown area would provide the best backdrops for a photo shoot.
I also think we should wait until the weather will be warmer/better/more predictable. Most, if not all switch out shoes and socks for the winter and some of us put our cars in storage for the winter.

I agree with Bobby, both in location and weather.
Hmmm, who else are the some of us that are putting cars in storage for the winter...?
There is a outlet road that ends in a small roundabout the is behind the Science Center and Rock Hall. It's a great vantage point to get both these building as well as part of the lake into shots.

I was just near the RRHoF and I am not sure you can get right next to it because of concrete barriers. Also, the Brown's stadium is right there and my provide something kind of cool for the pics.
Mine's not out for the winter and I don't have any different wheels or suspension... so it's pretty boring as far as evos are concerned.
Maybe I should bring my Eclipse :-/
Meh, we'll see...

if it's early on a sunday, you can get to the front of the RRHoF. here's some pics that were taken from 2 diffent spots by there.
back when i 1st got my camera & started taking pics again. this was behind the RRHoF by the skate park. it's got a huge cul-de-sac.

and one that dave took during the day at the front, but a little farther down

Most of the time, I'm down here in Hocking Hills... 1.5 hour drive from columbus, if you're looking for some hilly, canopy-forest-over-road, gravel - type shots then I'm totally interested.
I'm also in Columbus often to visit my folks as well, and, might I suggest over the summer we sometimes gather a bunch of Evo's together for informal get together's on the east side (at night).

Looks like we'll have a nice little turnout. I might be able to convince a friend that lives near Toledo to drive his Silver 350Z in also. A nice variety would be pretty cool! Looks liek we'll have some Evos, 05 & 06 STis, WRXs, S2000, and maybe 350.
