Well, gonna go get my back windows tinted this weekend. Was told $175 for the back windows and $35 if I want a front strip. Sound right to you guys? As much as I would love to get front windows done, I am not gonna deal with any illegal matters.

I was thinking of going 5%...too dark?

 

IMO 5% is too dark if you're gonna get the fronts done, but you said you're not gonna. But at the same time 5% the rest of the way around might look too dark without the fronts being touched. Regardless the decision is yours.

 

yep that is where I am stuck. Price sounded reasonable at least. But I have been debating between 5 - 35%...

 

where in jersey are you located.....175 is way over priced....i got my whole car tinted for less then that.

no its not, not for quality work...i paied 250 at auto image to have all done in 3m film, regular price for regular film is like 199 for all 5...not sure what kind of film you getting...

but few years ago when i had the oz, i got all 5 tinted for 150$ out in perth amboy, and the film was hazy and didnt look top notch...but after gettin the 3m film, i have 5% by the way, i couldn't be happier.

 

i think 150 sounds about right unless you go with 3m
