2 filters is a good approach. then you don't have to worry about downtime and can take your time cleaning/oiling

So I changed my oil today, and what an adventure that was since my oil filter was frozen on. I also moved my boost gauge over as well. Thanks for the pics Ajay. Now it blocks the Lancer gauge and not the fuel gauge. Just some pics of how it sits now:

Also, the one exterior mod I can't wait to install:

she asked if she was invited to the party (not sure how she knew about it) and at 230 she asked if she could come over.

Yeah, and now that I have the intake pipe on, the filter I've been running is in kinda rough shape, so the new red one matches the pipe and is in good condition.

Looks a million times better dude. One thing that sucks is my odo/trip guage is wicked dim now and i have no idea why. at first i just thought it looked dim due to the bright boost guage, but it really is really dim. grrr, another thing I have to fix.

Have you tried adjusting it with the illumination switch? IDK what else it could be other than maybe some bad bulbs. If you want, I can remove the wire for illumination on the boost gauge off and see if anything happens.

If you need a hand with it LMK and ill drop by and see if I can figure it out. Maybe it has something to do with the dimming switch itself? Or I can check it out when I stop by to drop off my exhaust . I'm just waiting for some info from AMS before I decide what I'm going to do.

Sounds like a plan. I hope it fits OK with the JDM rear. I can send it out and have AMS modify it but it has to be a version 2 AMS exhaust and its $180 plus shipping but I'd be buying the exhaust for half price. So it wont be that expensive still but I can always put that $180 towards other stuff.
