Man this half ***'ed snow sucks. I have practice tonight from 5pm-midnight, its gonna be a long ****ty night.

If you guys had to choose between the Yokohama AVS ES100 or the Falken FK-452's which would you guys go to? I need to figure out which of the two I want to run this summer (specifically these two cause no one makes a 225/45/16 tire...)

I have run through 4 sets of the Yokohama AVS ES100's....great street tire and very predictible. Either one should be fine for your needs.

hm.. seems like a lot of people are suggesting the es100's, though i heard that they're discontinued? Tire rack has them 4 for 424$ plus 40$ shipping which isn't too bad.

i run the 452s. i am very happy with them, although some of the zealots will say they are an all season, and not as good as the evo stock advans. I push my car and notice a very small difference, which honestly doesn't matter on the street. Plus the 452s are awesome in the rain - which is why i got them. i have issues with rain...

discontinued = hard to find replacement(s) to match existing tires

225-45-16 Is a hard find. Not many available in that size

If you are willing to compriminse size:
My supplier shows (4) in stock of the 215-45-16 Falken RT-615 86W and I can get those to you for $125 each shipped here. 2 days delivery time. Not sure if this helps or not.

Cool. Let me pm you with the total for the tranny fluid and the ss clutch line. Once the lines show up, I will have you send the check. put your cell# in there too so I can send you a text of the goods getting shipped to you

So, I got the confirmed paid invoice for the lines in my mail this morning...me still waiting for them

No prob..I still have both the wings just sitting here. I managed to sell the calipers, that was more important. Right now I'm just trying to keep myself from putting up a "feeler post" for the car itself .
