just called westboro and al in service said he thought i prolly just hit some black ice and everything is probably fine. i guess it is possible that it was just some ice. it just seemed like it reved way higher than it should have.

did you drive it yet today paul? did you check all your connections under the hood. Before assuming it was just ice, I'd double check everything first under there.

tapping off of the oil filter housing for an oil PSI gauge is really easy. i just pulled one of the existing plugs in it and then you just have to run the line.

yeah i bought the AMS kit. The only problem is how many points of failure there is. Kinda annoying but marshall didnt have problems so i am not too worried.

It is near impossible to tap from the IX head. I am going to be tapping by the oil filter.

yeah I haven't had any problems with mine yet,I took out one of the plugs with the Allen keys and used a stainless steel braided 1/8" hydraulic hose and made sure I routed the hose wear it wouldn't rub anything. Had it on for 18 months and no problems at all

Awww..thanks man. Ya it sucks..but thats the dealership world

And ya, he is a harmless mod/cool guy.. he wasn't the one who gave me a permanent warning for flaming when I had a detailed thread of why I'm not there anymore

Finally up and running First paint job in the new garage with the new heater. Man it gets up to about 100 in there Just figured I'd share a couple pics (corolla). Everything worked out great. My next job my buddies honda, complete body work and custom paint, before more work on the
