I can tell you from personal testing that torque wrenchs take a lot to go out of calibration. Greg had a craftsman one that literally didnt even click anymore when you hit the torque, it would just bend a bit that was 1 lb off from his $400 snap on digital wrench.

I love the torque stick. It gets everything close enough for me

 

I didn't know they were so robust. that rocks!

I couldn't use my torque stick because it wouldn't fit my lug key...so sad.

doesn't fit the exploders lugs either.

 

got home ok. next time I will tame the beast!!

ran 11.5 @ 125 on pump 20psi
did a race gas run and she didnt like that.
7.2@107 in the 1/8th and then blew the upper radiator hose.
she was on track for a 137-138mph run!!

oh well. I will get her back at the track soon, hopefully legit too w/ a cage

Turco can you check my map this weekend, maybe at fastrac...last night I was going to 2-step it at a light, and it just revved to like 7K.....no step, so I dont know if it was disabled or something........maybe I was rolling a tad...really didnt think I was though...I'll have to try it again tonight...

no, e-brake was not pulled...although I've done it before on level ground at a light...like I said, maybe I was moving ever so slightly...(I hope...)
