complain to lancershop....it's not ups.

if you look at the door tag, it probably says signature required. i usually make it a point to ask the vendor if they can instruct UPS to just leave it.

i didnt know, the other problem was ups effed up and didnt scan the package until it was on the truck which made it really easy to prepare for it. Normally i would have left a note saying please leave had i known. It's moot at this point as long as he leaves it today.

i've found fedex to be far worse to deal with. they won't let you pick up packages unless they try to deliver them three times. they force you to sign for everything. i've never had a problem with ups....

i think we can all agree that both are better than the USPS, though. the postal service sucks my ***.

see i am complete opposite Fed ex> USPS> ups. USPS may have an absolutely abysmal tracking service but they are fast, cheap and reliable. Fex ex delivers on saturdays which is a win in my book. I have always had issues with UPS.

dude, i've heard so many horror stories about fedex! my boss' brother used to work there, and he had a ton of stories, not to mention that they kept 'losing' Wii's out of their MA distribution center...

tr00f! I absolutely dread going into any USPS center. The most inefficiently run operation I've ever seen.

All of the big shipping places have their problems, but fedex seems to deliver packages unharmed and timely, in my experience.
