shes really hot tho dennis. congrats man. shes got tons of potential too if you did want to mod her
i always wanted a 240...looks like its in great condition too which is rare for a 240. they are usually beat to all hell...
EDIT: it already has an sr20 swap????

Any bike shop will have them. I don't know your area, but there is Performance Cycles in Shrewsbury, Red Streak Motors in Marlborough, Sky Cycles in Leominster (iirc), etc.
