it is a swallowing test i do called a videofluoroscopic swallow study. in the picture i posted you can see the patient is a total laryngectomee (voice box and part of base of tongue removed) but has a tracheostomy tube in as well as a nasogastric tube for feeding. his cancer recurred and if you look closely you can see the hole that form from the cancer where food and liquid is now leaking to his airway. not good.

youre kidding right? a philly cop is more worried about how many guns are in the car and not if you are polluting.

Philly cops obviously have much different priorities than cops in the burbs, but they also deal with street racing. I've been told by friends that if you are stopped in or around the races, the cops have mirrors to look under the car. I don't know how true that is, but that's what I heard.

 

well yea, im sure if you get caught at the races tehy'll bang you for any racing ****. me personally, i dont have a cat on my car haha. and i only follow evos around to try and meet ppl, but i usually get lost in traffic. and mat, youre absolutly right, we're more worried about the guns in the car and not whats under the hood. and i'd be perfect for undercover, because who the hell would think i was a cop lol.
