Had a good time yesterday guys... I am a little dissapointed with my driving. I def need to work on some things. I think my fastest run was my last at 54.3, not sure though. Have to wait till they post the times. It was fun hanging out with you guys though. Can't wait to do it all again.

Oaks... I heard the weather is gonna be *hitty tomorrow. I'll guess we'll have to wait and see how it plays out. I don't really feel like standing around in the rain. We may have to move it indoors if you guys will still want to get together, Hooters anyone?

I think the weather man is just afraid to say it is going to be nice. Thats why they throw in a chance of thunderstorms and showers everyday this week.

We are working in Oaks all week. I think I can get paid to go to the Oaks meet I just have to check the site

results are up already: http://www.phillyscca.com/solo2/resu...SO062809.shtml

I feel the same way, yesterday felt like an off day.
The rear of the car was loose, I think my pressures were too high. and I was driving too fast even though I told myself to take it slow, smooth & tight. Oh well thats racing.

Good hangin out with everyone. Pete those dog were slammin ! (even while Ben was scarfing down that Tony Luke's sammich)

also, anyone got some front canards for sale or know anyone who is? just looking for small parts now.
Ryan, how did you make out with the APR wing install? I think I may keep the wing after all. I installed right away, and you all get to see it at Oaks! Is it possible you ask for your wing back from the trader, since he ;ied and said it was direct bolt-on?

Def an off day... I think I had the rears to high, and front to low on my car, it was sliding around all over the place. I was hoping the pressure was going to come up more in the front than it did. I checked the results, my best was a 54.2 on my third run.
Marc, that guy Roland just owns bsp. You need to get some R's to kick his @ss because he is totally owning all of us.
That Tony Lukes did look good...

I hear ya on the R-comps. I want to be within a second of him on a 60sec course on street tires before I upgrade to the good stuff. Hopefully I can get there by the end of the season...

I'm going to invest in a tire temp gauge this week. That way, we can check our temps to make sure pressures are in the sweet spot. Tires are sooo important in AX.

I think that Pork Sandwich made me at least 7/10ths of a second faster than I would have been otherwise.

Kind of like spinach for Popeye.

Lets just say I have lots of room for improvement out there! To be honest those kw's ended up scaring me with how much you can push em without the car breaking loose. Only time I got her sideways was the last corner on the last two runs. Need some serious time behind the wheel before I can understand the cars limits and get a smooth feeling run. At least I hit my target time of going under 56.
Just means I need to attend about every ax coming up this summer

btw anyone have a non crappy plastic stock recirc valve they are not using? My car was real peaky trying to let off throttle this weekend, not completely ideal.

Damn chu I can't say that I blame u for that price and how sexy it is I wud keep it too. If you ever decide to put the wing back on u know who's first in line.

As for the apr, I am in the process of emailing him. I was very polite but pissed that I bout sometin not designed for the car. I am going to try to go up to jnz today and see what they say about install/drilling/look etc. If its simple and cheap then I may just suck it up, if its a pita and leaves holes exposed I'm gona find a way to get rid of the apr either back to him or for sale.

Sad thing is I like the side plates on the uni better than the evo spec, jus not the 4 extra freaking holes. Anyone up by or had experience with jnz before? Think import junkey said they pretty cool right? Sounded good on the phone...
