My parents live in a 55+ in Phoenix, part of the year now, full time this fall (thats why were buying their house). I've got to say, its a nice community. I would live there. I don't know if I would like it for an extended amount of time, but I think a year or so would be cool. All they do is ride around in golf carts and play golf too, some of them drink like fishes at the club house. Happy hour before dinner is crazy... good times!

sorry about not replying. missed your post first time around. Son is doing great!! He's getting so damn big already! Maybe I'll bring him and the wife to the Oaks meet one of these days. Gonna have to put all of the interior back though.

oakes, ill check in the morning. up at 5am everyday for work but god knows im not actually working. my boss's thought i was late today bc i went in, closed the door, and took an 1 1/2 hr power nap with the lights out...not a great impression but much needed haha.

 

I was wondering how many people saw that getto Rigged Meth tank..... Yes you are correct. I just installed the Shurflo pump I rebuilt months ago. I needed to extend the wires coming from the level switch inside the tank but wanted to check out the pump first so I moved the tank to the "X" brace and strapped it down with 2 Bungee cords. It's getting mounted properly next week sometime. It's Nick's old kit. He needs to get another Meth kit and show us what that Twin Scroll setup can really do. I'm tired of him making excuses.... Although I can't talk. I bought this kit from him over a year ago and never got it operational till now.
