My car is finally back on the road so I'll be at the Oaks meet tonight. Trying to see if anyone wants to do a cruise up to E-town since I'll be going up with a few dsm/evos.

 

Well not an expert but sure know how to do it.. ive only done 5-6 sets.. 2 in my eclipse and others on friends car.. only reason i didnt do the DTM cams is then id have to drive 3 hours to have it tuned! not exactly good for the car

all in all your highness oh holy one yes i do know..

 

Driving you car without tuned with the addition of cams will make little difference unless you floor it, and it will not hurt the car one bit..

i would love to go up with you guys to drag my evo. But i'm scared ****less about breaking something. I need to get more supporting mods before i go drag'in. A lot of my v8 buddies have been trying to get me to go up to cecil, just can't find it in me yet.

btw, i'm on stock drivetrain except for a Fidanza 4.3 clutch and flywheel....

 

I'm at 60k on my orig OE clutch, believe me I hear you on the whole "don't want to break anything". Just do it... f k it.

 

lol, i had 58 on my stock one and there was plenty of material left, i just upgraded because I wsa already in there with the 60k service...

i plan on being a little more agressive this time out! I know there's mid-high 11's in my car...
