If you plan on going down for anymore Dan I'll let you know now, they only had 5 6packs left plus a bunch of 22oz bottles, but thats it, they won't be getting any more.

Roads are fine now, just wet for the most part.

After hearing all this talk about NN, I had to go pick myself up a case. It surprised me a little by what it was....an amber with 7.5%. But I can say it is quite tasty. Looking forward to having a few more at my poker game tonight.

It was the sketchiest drive all year. Lots of drifts out in the country

i believe brute is 17 bucks for a corked bottle. their new anniversary beer, 13 is a quad hopped strong ale, i think 12% and quite tasty. much like the finish of victory 12. thats the same 17 bucks a bottle i think. I got a keg of fresh flower power for my bday last yr. took 3 days, 4 guys, and 200 sometin dollars to do. completely worth it. They just released Le Blue which is essentially a blueberry brute, but i wasnt there on release day, and people slept in their cars waiting to get it so it was all gone immediately. for the winter, cascazilla (2nd best red ale in the country) and the smoked porter are a great choice.mmmm now i need a beer....

Happy Birthday Marc.

Congratulations, and God Bless your new son and your family Josh.

Roads were slippery this morning. Loved the windy snow drift made clearing the snow off the car easy, only had to do just a bit of one side.

$17 is pretty close to what it sells for in Philly when it is around....LeBleu is awesome. I was able to get one bottle in Paoli about a month ago. I found a guy in North Jersey that is going to send me two bottles. I need to stop spending so much money on beer though, Evo modifications get neglected as a result.

Do you like the sour beers?

your getting two bottles! I hate you, seriously. i was able to get a taste, but no one has a bottle left except for the head brewer, "chief" which he will slowly release as they age. I like all kinds of beers. Brute was the first real sour mash style beer I ever had. First sip i was like wtf did i just drink, but now I really enjoy them. It is all about attitude and feeling at the moment. i like pretty much every kind of beer and can appreciate everything for what it is.

have you tried there ten, eleven, or twelve? their Excelsior line is great. ten was my favorite, 11 was okay (interesting bc brewed with 200 lbs of local summatra coffee beans). their 12 is the quad hop, very smooth drinking yet strong. I love trying new beers, learning more about the process, and tasting different styles. i usually enjoy beers above 9%.

what kind of beers do you enjoy? all this speaking of ithaca beer, i may go down and do some tasting for free! I'm gona keep trying to get my hands on some Le Blue, and bring back a bunch of their seasonal stuff. how did you hear about ithaca beer? i know everyone that works their, good group of guys. we should have some beers when i get back in town!
