bonfire. 11ish. sunday. deal. where?

 

id be down with a bonfire. I dont have a place to host here in CT but if you guy wanna drive up north I got a 10 acre parcel we can burn random $hit on. lol

Anyway So I cant remember who was saying bonfire or who said they have a spot. We could also meet at a food spot and or bar and do the same thing. Minus burring stuff obviously. Thats if nobody has a good spot to host this.

Lets figure this out now guys. Im down for either or and so is silkey. Meaning bonfire or a food spot/bar. I can set up a place to meet for food/drinks but i dont have a place for a bonfire. So if you guys want to burn then someone with a spot needs to volunteer there pit.

I dont want to volunteer any one. So speak up!

If not then like said before im down for finding a place in the middle and gathering for food/drinks etc. Im coming from enfield so its a haul either way.

I think we decided on sunday at 11am for date and time.

lets get this figured out today.

 

Let's do our meet during the daytime, so we can show off our collection to unsuspecting passerbys. I think, out of fairness for everyone, some breakfast/brunch place off 91 or 15 by North Haven or Hamden should be an agreeable area.

 

That sounds like a solid plan to me. I think we were all talking about doing 11am which would be a good time for early lunch etc. Also its during the day time and before the game of course.

Some place off of 91 or 15 i think is a good choice. I did a quick search in some places in that area.

We can also find like a chilis applebees 99's etc etc just about anywhere.

How does everyone feel about Mexican Food? Aunt Chiladas, in Hamden? It's right on Route 10, right next to Sleeping Giant State Park? Only a few miles north of exit 10 of highway 91 and the Route 40 connector.

I have only been to the hooters on the pike before. And they have a large lot to park. It would be nice to do something different though. And Yshen Aunt Chiladas sound great to me.

I LOVE food and will eat anything. So im down for whatever. I just listed some places that I found online in those areas.

P.s. Who are we looking at attending this thing?

Im deaf n from stratford... I got 04 blue evo8 as rebuilding motor right now... hopefully tha friend n ill get it done n swapped by this weekend! i had been purchased lot of performance parts from block to head, aem gauges n shyt... and cant wait to get everything done n back on the road! lol

 

Aunt Chiladas is right on the main road and has an open lot parking area. It shares its space with a a golf driving range and an amateur golf course.

I *think* the parking lot is gravel, though, i can't remember. I'll check it out on my way back from work tonight.

I just sent PM's to two other guys in the area- one from Waterbury and one from Wallingford, so hopefully they'll be coming too once we get a time/location set.

Update- we have at least one more Evo owner coming from Wallingford, possibly two.

 

YShen that sounds fine to me. And its not tooo much of a hike for me. So Im down.
