Connecticut Evos
well, i have to agree with the NSX talk. they are sexy. IN THE RIGHT HANDS! there's a fugly one on base and i feel bad for the car. the poor kid is an idiot.
but i've never had the privelage of owning a honda. or anything fast for that matter. i'm a fan of the volkswagen myself. :-) yes.... im german.... lol
and that video is amazing kevin. :-p

i have a honda vortech s/c'd s2000 and have had a s2k since 2003 (im on my third different one). By and far on a summer day its hands down better/more fun to drive than my evo. when its 65-80 degrees my evo sits in the garage collecting dust. my evo is fpgreen'd.
yeah sure s2k's lack torque but man they are sexy and are panty droppers. I have a 10' pilot and that thing rocks *** too...better than any mistsu crap suv.
hondas are great cars. dont hate.

the s2000's are nice. dont get me wrong. i would drive a honda as a daily driver any day. if i could afford it. us less fortunate ppl that only have enough money to own one vehicle have to get it all wrapped up in one package. hence the evo.... :-)
Nice Bro. I bet you can hear your diverter valve just a little bit more now.
Might I suggest: TBE + Tune = you a very happy evo driver
Seriously though you will no doubt notice HUGE gains. As far as tuners go I think Mellon does a great job for the value but you have to log and email back and forth. I also hear good things about "The Shop" talk to sikley about them.
Just dont go to the tuner that I was *****ing about at our pseudo meet. If you need a reminder who that is shoot me a PM.
Happy Modding!

Ive got a Civic hybrid and its an excellent DD...
And the VTEC in the S2000 is pretty legit, I wanna say it kicks in either 3500 or 4500 and unlike most other hondas that just make more noise during vtec you actually get a little kick in the rear with this one..oh and that near 10k RPM stock rev limit is fun too

And you can prob still get 30mpg's on the way to the grocery store with it. ha!
Silkey - you can pick up a cheap honda for daily driving pretty easy. I got my accord for 2700 bucks and insurance is DIRT cheap. Especially it being the second car it doesn't raise it too much to even notice. Although I mist warn you if you enjoy driving your evo everywhere like I do then the honda will most likley sit in your driveway. lol

ethan, im actually in the process of looking for another car to drive back and forth to work. problem is, i can only soom to muster up about 2000 cash. :-( i've been lookin really hart for a hatchback of some sort, and i keep seem to coming back to the subaru wagon. not absolutely ugly, and pretty reliable. ill probably end up with one of those. mostly just cause my evo is gettin ready to go to the shop and get all that stuff done i was telling you guys about. we're towing the silver evo down to long island tomorrow. im pretty pumped! you guys are gonna FREAK when you see my car next time!!! :-D all new from bumper to bumper!
Awesome Ken sounds like that thing is gonna be a clean beast!
Hey on a side note... Does anyone have a tactrix cable they would let me barrow for a few days? I have a feeling mine may have some faults in it. My logs are getting screwy here and there and Im trying to track some knock issues....
It would be much appreciated!

My guess is if you upgraded the fpgreen you would find the evo a little more fun to drive in the summer IMO.
i could see the s2k being more fun as it is a convertible and all.... if i were going strictly for a fast and fun car to drive i would stick to my evo, but like he said, 65-80 degree weather, i would want a drop top too. :-)
Convertible= ewwwwwwwww for me. My head sticks out over the top of most of them for me. I just think they are ugly and screw up the lines of good looking cars. My opinion might falter on the hard top version but probably not.
