Connecticut Evos
Thanks.
My Evo saw snow for the first time ever this season. I actually backed it into the garage this year so as I'm using the snow blower, it can "see" the snow through the open garage door.
Sorry guys, this liquid salt death sh$t they are using on the CT roads rusts, rots, and incinerates Jap metal. 10 years from now, I'm sure the Evo will thank me for it. Quattro is all I need for the winter season.
That said, if you are looking for a hella lot of fun in snow/dirt, this is the region for you. most rallies run 4pm-11pm, 160+ miles; ~80% dirt roads, with usually about a foot of snow/ice. Definately would need to run dedicated snow/studded tires though. Evo is perfect, though my friend mike and his navigator camden just survived their first rally in an RX8. Average speeds range from 40-60mph, but maintaining that through the turns is usually no small feat.
