Emissions?

I'm moving to NJ and was pretty dead set on selling the EVO due to emissions compliance, insurance, etc, but am starting to reconsider. How hard is it to get a mildly modded EVO to pass emissions? Is driving front wheel drive that horrible with good snow tires which is the alternative.

Thanks,

Emissions is not too hard if you know the right people.

Depending on where you plan to live in NJ, and your commuting schedule, you can get away with a front wheel drive car with winter tires.

For the most part, the townships are pretty good with snow removal.
