as far as i could tell, all it had was an air filter and a full exhaust.. and a turbo timer... as well as some crazy stupid sound system..

so nobody knows who owned this evo?

Guess they picked it up at auction or trade with another dealer. Oh well buy it we'll see you at the car wash meet

Saw it on the lot this weekend. - looked nice from the outside. The brembos still looked red so likely little track time.

Keep in mind that if you're looking to mod your evo and if you can find one that has been built correctly and you can confirm the background, you'll buy aftermark parts at cent on the dollar if the work has already been done.

The person who had mine before left their registration in the glove box. Thought that was kind of funny.

That evo used to be mine. It used to have 480whp untill it got ran over by an 18 wheeler

Kidding... I still have mine and it has 100whp less lol
Buy that thing already... you wont regret it.

buyin an evo huh? Good to hear you're planning on keeping the DSM. Why don't you try to pick one up privately from someone on here? People usually 'document' their mods/problems so you'd be able to find some history on it most likely and it would be cheaper than a stealership. BTW if you can find a lower mileage, 1 owner with little mods the warranty will still be intact till 5yrs/60k miles on the drivetrain. Then you can put your money towards the DSM and still have an AWESOME DD. Yes I would like to have more power, but even in stock form the Evo makes me smile daily, if not with the power, than with the handling

BTW Salerno Duane Dealerships (b/c I think that's what that one is) are HUGE pains in the asses if you have to deal with them. (They didn't want to perform the ball joint recall on my eclipse)

lol, you think like i do..

thats the plan... stock(ish) evo as a DD and the DSM a race car.

why? well because, i would care a lot less if i ruined my DSM on the track, rather than the Evo.. I dont need an Evo with gobs of power.. it is plenty fun/fast for me as a DD the way it came from the factory...

and also... i need to go through a stealership because i have a trade-in... which is both good/bad...
