I got a speeding ticket this morning going to work. I was driving on the LIE got off to an exit and boom there he was.. he said he clocked me doing 59 in a 40 (service road).. How do i actually go about fighting this? i really dont need another ticket on my license!

 

Just pay the money for a lawyer. They can almost always get you out of a moving violation as long as it's not that serious. They'll change it to some mechanical problem or a seat belt infraction. Believe me it's worth the money.

 

^^^What he said...generally you don't even have to go to court...the attorney goes for you.

I feel for you man, I just got pulled last Thursday for 70 in a 50...

 

call ticket busters. they will take care of everything and they are nation wide. they gaurantee no points and no fine. jut court cost and thier small fee. i use them the few times i couldnt talk my way out of a ticket when i was younger. good luck man.

 

Oh yeah I forgot that part. The best thing is that you don't even go to court.

 

Thanks guys.. im going to call my lawyer see what he can do for me.. im not under my own insurance and i dont want my mom to get screwd over for this.. cant they just leave people alone in the morning.. i just wanted to grab something to eat b4 i got to work haha

 

it sucks real bad.. and i was just getting some point off of my license..

 

if your a student, you can allways go to court and be like "i cant afford to have points on my license, because my insurance will go up and I won't be able to get to school or to my job" they should take it easy on you, maybe just make u pay the fine, but no points.

That's 15mph over bro. Get a lawyer if you don't want the speeding violation or points.

You probably will get a 5mph or 10mph over ticket without any lawyer.

Lawyer costs vary a lot. You will have to call more than one lawyer. Just talk and tell them your situations.

 

i just got done fighting a ticket for careless driving and didnt get a lawyer. All you have to do is plead not guilty and show up to court and ask for the points to me removed. I have done this 5 times and they have drop the points every time. Lawyer is a waste of movie.
