I have a set of VIII stockers with tires, Sumitomo HTRZ (were installed when I bought the car used)

$150 is a serious lowball offer. I would let them go for $350. They are located in Staten Island near the Verrazano bridge.

 

thats more than I'm looking to spend. Some guy was selling his for 50$ a while back, but I didnt need them at the time.

 

What's the condition of the wheels and tires? I might take those off your hands. Could use a separate set of rims/tire for the winter...

i have set evo 8 wheels painted black with red lip mint conditions, comes with Pirelli Winter SNOWSPORT tires $475 with tires. $375 w/o .rims have 19k on them. tires 4k

I've never seen a set as cheap as our looking to spend. I think your best bet would be to try ebay, maybe you can find a set no one has bid on and steal them for cheap at the last minute.
Otherwise I would expect to spend $350... good luck.
