To the o/p,I don't believe you will be able to sorce out a ring and pinion from anyone other than Shepard or Team RIP so bringing your vehicle to any shop other than those 2 will yeild you no help except that the other shop will send your t-case out for you. G/L in what ever you choose.
couldnt agree any more.....

you would think after all the money he spent and trying to get pruven a good name again they wouldnt f him over...

+1 ivey ftmfw.. best customer service i have ever delt with. ivey actualy explains everything he doing. no sitting around and waiting for b/s that people make up.

Pruven.. i had the worst experience ever with them

i had nothing but bad experiance with my first evo. just getting into the game. i go down there to get a boost controller installed i sat there for 5 hours for them to install it then they went for a test drive n where gone with my car for 3 hours.. that isnt good customer service at all..

hard to trust anyone these days.. watch wat u do. for rebuilds i would go with the same as allinevo said shep or team rip uk u wont get any b/s work done to it or sit around for months to get it.. gl with ur fix man!

tim my friend i told you im going to go to ivey once my car had all the parts i wanted, i wasnt going to drive to jersey to get parts on and get retuned a bunch of times because i got everything so spaced out. i finally have all the parts i want and i emailed ivey about getting a tune. i trust john to install parts on my car because im not the most mechanically inclined person to do it myself lol this is getting ridiculous i know people who trust pruven and i know people who dont. which is the same for quite a few other shops ive read about. i understand where all of you are coming from but lets be serious my car does not have the kind of build some of you guys do and it probably never will. i really dont feel like arguing over the internet. so im done replying to anything else said on this post.

This is hysterical. I persoanlly have not had a bad experience with Pruven nor an experience of any sort because I refuse to go to them. I have heard some serious things that went wrong at this place. They "tuned" my buddies Evo and wow those maps were a mess...so bad to where I can't believe his car is still running (he doesn't beat on it until he gets a retune). But as for t case rebuild the guy in Torrington would be a great place to go. His name is Raif and he drives a 9.0 talon. He did my tranny and I have nothing but good things to say about him. PM me if you would like more info if u decide not to go with Shep or TRE.

Wow its sad to hear about erics car still being at pruven!! He was always so happy with there work. I thought he was just lucky with the service he got in the past becuase i have heard nothing but bad things about the work pruven does.

There are much better options in the North East!

And Wht9er, is the map you are talking about the one u were showing Junior on the laptop at the Christmas party? lol

Show's everyone I wasn't the only one that got the bad service and very poor workmanship! I had 4 cracked piston's from pruven performance and their clowns.
