happy birfday josh. thanks for trying to reason with me. i just can't keep the car right now. it's totally my decision too. wifey never asked me to get rid of it. i need the cash to pay off my home equity loan so i can put my house on the market. i can't explain how much i hate my house anymore. mostly because of my neighbors and the association. it's not that i can't afford it. the car is already paid off. i just need money to get the hell out of here sooner than later.

That sucks about your neighbors mom, Shelly and I had a taste of that with her condo. We're actually planning on going to a council meeting soon to address the situation, as they have now pissed off our renters and they (renters) want out due to it. Stupid old people!

Luckily I have a really cool next door neighbor. Moving to this neighborhood, people instantly disliked us. It was a little strange to me. Maybe it was house and the stigma attached to it. The couple that lived in my house before, the guy drank too much and used to beat the wife. Apparently their fights weren't quite behind closed doors either.
