well after supposedly leaving at 330, then staying till 4, being told by my boss to leave, i ended up staying at work for 12 hours. Basically everything she told me never to do in billing/accounting I had to do because one of our big clients is very picky, and i had to redo everything literally 5 times. talk about killing trees, if your a hippie, dont come near my office. I think i just destroyed a part of the rain forest.

well finally time to go home, eat, then do it all over again tomorrow to meet my deadlines. Dan hope your in a better mood bud!

bright side...corporate baseball game (tho its the nationals, so who cares) but free food, booz, and transportation friday. only a couple more days haha.

cheers guys

FINALLY got the car back together and ready for my 3 day HPDE this weekend and 2 day at the end of the month. been working in the heat & humidity every night since last week and all day today, but I got a metric ton of **** done. basically everything on my to-do list is complete. I don't think I've the only thing I should have to do for the rest of the season is flush the brakes and change the oil. It feels sooo good having only one car to maintain now just sayin.

hope everyone who is going to the AX this weekend has a good time. take lots of pics and I hope to read a detailed writeup.

if anyone is bored this weekend, feel free to come by NJMP to check things out. Not sure how the BMW guys run an event, but you can probably get a ride with an instructor if you wanted or maybe they'll let me take a passanger out too.

couple people sent me PM's and texts, I will respond to them shortly...

Igo4bmx, I have 264's in my car. They're not bad cams, better than stock.

That course does look small. Any idea how many poeple are competing?
which 264s? how does it sound compared to stock?

first summer my stock clutch went, installed ACT HDSS

next summer my master cylinder went, replaced it and got AMS reinforcement ring

this summer my ACT clutch went, went back to stock, have stock clutch

its all the same problems, but its costly, close to 5-6k for **** that shouldnt be breaking on a 33k rally car, and im just tired of my friends and family saying idk how to drive

Did you get ahold of ACT yet? It looks like a lot of people are getting them rebuilt under warrranty because of bad material. That disc was completely shot and there were no signs of you beating on it. The flywheel and pressure plate were badly glazed from the slipping but there weren't any pitting marks and scorches so it's not like you launched it repeatedly. You should get a new setup out of the deal.
I'm starting my clutch tomorrow night. Uggg. My disc sounds like a wookie giving birth and I can't take it anymore. The TOB rattles all the time too.

My car doesn't really lope at all. Only the slightest bit every once in a while. You would think it had stock cams if you heard it walking by.

I saw something about that also. I believe ACT had a bad batch, so they are offering warrantees on them! I had an ACT my car before the Exedy, and I hated it. It was comfortable and easy to drive, but the high rpm lockout was horrible.

I think you should keep the car Nick. The Evos are pretty reliable so long as you stay on top on maintenance. Several of us have high mileage cars, we mod them, we abuse them at the track, and daily drive them, and have no problems.
