Sways would possibly cure my noise in the front end as I suspect my front bar is bent. There is a method to my madness you know...

yeah, yeah, I would have to get all new pads... there's my money right there.

Nope, this money is mine to play with. Although I am stretched a little thin right now, esp with our trip this weekend.

you should replace your fluids with a fresh DOT4, something over the counter like Castrol or another high quality fluid is all you'll need unless you want to ball and get some Motul for $20/pint. I have something lined up that will make Shelly OK with the idea... we can talk more next week.

chu, i meant to ask you, how do you like the et900s? do they take some time or at least a few quick hard stops to get them warmed up, and do you DD them?
where the hell is the sand man? I have been meaning to ask him for specifics about his set up. I know hes making some serious power and can drive that car hard. Other than running a gt30 (76?), dont know what else hes using except e85.
dan, you should get paid for repping ethanol so damn hard! im so jealous, i want it bad. how was your trip to the beach, have a good time? Thanks for the tips while you were away, appreciated.

I'm not Chu, but I can respond to that. I have ET900's in the front and ET800's in the rear. Driving on the street, the pads are perfectly fine for the first stop. There is a slight difference between cold and warm on the pads, but it is hardly noticeable. Winter may be a little different, but I'm not worried at all about it. RB ET900's are very street-able and very proficient on the track. Pete Tiebout recommended using 800's in the back, as it is hard to warm up rear 900's on an Evo. I've been very happy with the RB pads.
Seems to me, that if your going to put an exhaust pipe through your front bumper, it might as well be over 1.5". Is it me, or is that a tiny exhaust outlet.
Otherwise, good to hear that all is well in Michigan. The VIII is looking sharp.
