The stretch doesn't look too bad either! Nice choice Dan!

That's why I stopped using it. It just felt like my arms were locked in place and my joints were under constant strain. That's where I did the 340 lb bench. When I went to free weights it was like starting all over again. I struggled benching 280 and the bar was all over the place. It was pathetic. I just gave up and took Dans advice and started using strictly barbells and an ezcurl bar. Now I need to get back to a routine. This was me before I started slowing down.

one this topic ... anyone see the guy who can roll up a frying pan?
I can tear a phone book in half using a hacksaw and some arm strength. That dude was on Preston and Steve a few years ago. It's impressive.

hey guys i have a TON of bolts now if you guys need
they don't work for the stock manifold to turbo since the heads of the bolts are larger than stock which make it hard to put a socket on it.

let me know
chu if u needed some i should have given u what u needed when we met.

Jim, I'll take whatever you can offer. Thanks ahead! BTW, do all stainless steel bolts have the same tensile strength, or are they graded?
