it shouldn't be breaking up at only 24#. what plugs & gap are you running?

I'll have to double check my notes, but I think I was around .027" with the NGK BR8ES plugs on 27psi with stock ignition.

Anyone have known good coils? Its breaking up under load at 23-24lbs tried new plugs, magnacore wires and still no luck. They have 70k on them so i guess their getting weak.
You tried changing the spark plugs? I dont hear anything good about those Magnacore wires. I had 100k on my car, and never broke up at 24psi. I have the SpoolinUp COP now.

Make sure NOT to use the denso plugs.. Stock replacements should suffice..

IIRC, you're not supposed to gap Iridiums. Anyways, pick up a set of coppers and gap it to the stock gap and see what happens. I think it's either .24 or .27.

You're correct. Iridium is very brittle, it could potentially just break on you. The OE's should come pregapped.
