Chu you couldn't even pull the shift cable out of the clip. WTF were you deadlifting, a gallon of milk?

I did something last year to my back that had me laid up for weeks. It was the worst pain I've ever had. I've pulled neck muscles, shoulders broken bones but the back stuff was indescribable. By the time I had an Xray scheduled it went away. I was never certain what caused the pain but I think it was squats. I haven't done them since. I can deal with chicken legs if it saves my already bad knees and back.

i might buy this to replace the stock oil drain line.
http://www.extremepsi.com/store/cust...roductid=19147

much easier to just bolt up the flanges then hook up the hose.

so whose running what oil now? I have never ran anything other than Mobil one, maybe im stubborn, stupid, or just dont like change, but thats wat ive done.

when my dad got the ten, he got 10 quarts of eneos 5w30 full synthetic. apparently its a good oil, heard good things, and peter T said its legit (tho not the same as that bike oil!).

any thoughts? May have to try it, tho its expensive haha. but then again so is a new engine.

Deadlifts are one exercise I never do. If your form is off at all you can really screw yourself up... no thanks. I hurt my shoulder 3 months ago benching, it still isn't right and prob never will be now.

As far as oil Ry, I used that new Pennzoil Ultra the last time. Seems fine... Normally I use Mobil1.

Do X's use 5w-30?

you probably bulged a disc in your lower spine- squats and deads both can leave your lower back exposed to injury. both hurt me now

i actually took the whole week off last week from having too much pain in the gym cuz both shoulder and elbows and pretty much destroyed. I've been on a heavy training program and my joints are just getting worn out.
my max bench right now is 440lbs

Holy sh** that's a lot of weight. The most I ever managed was 340 bench but after I screwed my back up I went to barbells instead. My lift buddy backs out constantly and it started getting dangerous and the smith machine was messing up my elbows and wrists. I've seriously fell back lately thanks to the family. Frieking kids eat up all my time. It's disappointing to put all that effort into it for several years then watch it all disappear.

pete, yea i think the Xs run 5w30 from mitsu, but cannot confirm 100% that is just what i thought I saw on my dads car. someone (cough dan cough) can confirm.

i know the 8s use 10w 30. Ive never used anything other than 10w30 mobile 1, but am intrigued as to trying new oils, especially since i got some eneos sitting next to me at the moment...

as for lifting, i try not go go heavy weight any more. deadlift, squats, and benching was my 3 go tos. but with two torn rotator cuffs, sutchers in my ankle, and all my concussions im trying to just tone and stay healthy by biking and push ups etc. once you lose an ankle or knew or back, it will never be the same. SUCKS

X's take 5w30.

i have no chronic exercise related injuries although i tore my intercostal muscles when i was starting out as a young buck in miami (back when chu was like 16 ). i made a rule to never work out when hung over again. it was horrible. it hurt to breathe for a couple weeks.
