Philadelphia's Classiest Drunkards
i bet i could beat this dude in a foot race :P Wonder if he can even put a hat on his own head.
actually, i was thinking of a guy that was on the discovery channel (i think) a few nights ago. He wasn't real big, but could fold a wrench in half.

Holy sh** that's a lot of weight. The most I ever managed was 340 bench but after I screwed my back up I went to barbells instead. My lift buddy backs out constantly and it started getting dangerous and the smith machine was messing up my elbows and wrists. I've seriously fell back lately thanks to the family. Frieking kids eat up all my time. It's disappointing to put all that effort into it for several years then watch it all disappear.
the smith machine may be a contributing factor to your elbow and wrist injuries for bench.
smith machine requires you to press in an unnatural movement
I always thought one of the advantages of a twin was its easy/lite pedal feel...? Is your's real heavy?
I'm surprised your driving that thing today, its gonna be hot as b@lls out.
The Smith machine at my gym is terrible, I don't even use it.

I must have missed you - were you in your evo?. I did see a silver evo on the way home yesterday on Broad. I work out in my basement. We have a treadmill, elliptical, bench, smith machine (has a whole bunch of cable exercises too), dumbbells, and a few other pieces of equipment.
the pedal feels like stock. it just doesn't like to be slipped in super slow traffic....like stop to barely a crawl.
i'm getting it aligned this afternoon at RT. that's why i drove it.

Going super aggressive? -3.5 Front & -3.0 Rear
i think im going to extremepsi during lunch.
anyone need anything lol
ok i'm debating on driving.
it would cost me $7.50 to ship it to my door or me spend an hour and half roundtrip just to pick it up....

THanks Dan
Pick up = part in hand = win
Not really, just stopped in Vienna for a couple of days with a friend visiting from the US. Wanted to show her the place.
I was wearing my AMS t-shirt at an outdoor food event in Vienna and ran into another dude wearing an AMS shirt too. We spoke a bit, he's English was a tad bad and my German is none existent. He has track prepared EVO 8 and a street EVO 10.
