actually, i was thinking of a guy that was on the discovery channel (i think) a few nights ago. He wasn't real big, but could fold a wrench in half.

forgot to reply to this.
the smith machine may be a contributing factor to your elbow and wrist injuries for bench.

smith machine requires you to press in an unnatural movement

I must have missed you - were you in your evo?. I did see a silver evo on the way home yesterday on Broad. I work out in my basement. We have a treadmill, elliptical, bench, smith machine (has a whole bunch of cable exercises too), dumbbells, and a few other pieces of equipment.

the pedal feels like stock. it just doesn't like to be slipped in super slow traffic....like stop to barely a crawl.

i'm getting it aligned this afternoon at RT. that's why i drove it.

I was wearing my AMS t-shirt at an outdoor food event in Vienna and ran into another dude wearing an AMS shirt too. We spoke a bit, he's English was a tad bad and my German is none existent. He has track prepared EVO 8 and a street EVO 10.
