I was doing deadlifts a little while ago .

Tonight was legs and back + 2 mile walk/run. I haven't been around much since I've been busy working out during my free time. I'm down 60 lbs since march, 30 more to go. Hopefully none of you are able recognize me next time I make it out to a meet

Picked up a 32mm socket last night so I can check my crown nut this evening. I don't think its loose as the pin and everything look like they haven't moved in 7yrs. I was advised to check it though so I will.

Get over it, I loosened it for you! Short guy has not leverage?

Last time I deadlift, I maxed at 315. That was months ago though. Traveling as much as I do makes it hard to maintain a workout. My max on benching was 275, twice. Not impressive numbers, but I'm a beast nonetheless.

Thanks Dan.

Thanks Josh

You'd be surprised what someone with short arms can lift. Its a big advantage.
