Pete I forgot, did you try a torch on the rotor yet? It should make a huge difference and I was serious about a hammer on the backside the other night. Don't wail on it but torch the face for a good minute then tap around the rotor from behind to pop it loose. It has to be very hot to expand and bust the rust loose from between the rotor and hub.
