i probably just have to regrease them but i don't want to take them out to do it. i just want to get rid of my magic pads.....

So I spoke to R/T about springs, they say go with BC coilovers. The second time I heard this. Remember I'm still a nub. The first time I heard this was from Chuzilla.

Anyway, I'm looking at these:

Just gotta sell get some money piled up before I can get them. But the price is reasonable considered the averages I've seen already.

Comments? Suggestions?

They are seem fine to me. Any coilovers will improve your handling over a stock suspension. You will feel the difference

Jeff - I am impressed with your memory. You must be laying off the moonshine these days....

It is true, I do run the BC coils. I've had them on for about 8,000 miles and have held up well. For the money, I think they are a very nice set. There is plenty of adjustability, and the ride is not too harsh. You can set it as soft as stock, or teeth jarring.

Either way, you can tell the handling difference immediately. On stock suspension it felt like I was floating through turns. With the coils, it stays planted like it is on rails. It is certainly a nice upgrade.

Lol. That sounds like anything but a car free weekend.
Live it up while you can Chu. You have it made. I didn't realize how free I was until I got married and had kids. I'm lucky my wife is as cool as she is.
