Is it a whining noise when you're on the highway? I replaced both front wheels bearings not too long ago. Would be a good idea to do extended studs at that time if you're already thinking about it. I need to do my rear bearings also. But nothing in the rear has been removed since 2003, and I know the axles are probably seize in there! Something I dont want to deal with!

I need to get something like this.

If I have to do a bearing, yes.

Just making some funny ticking noise when I first start moving, I would say around 10mph. It sounds like rocks hitting the heat shield behind the rotor. I think I heard a few clunks before I pulled in the driveway too.
Its hard to hear anything on the highway cause my tires are so loud, so I really don't know.

^ Try loading an unloading the bearings by going left and right. See if one way makes it louder or quieter. Could it be a shim on the brakes hitting the axle?

Mine whine a bit at highway speeds. Took them out with Thai's help, and the play was crazy.

I don't know... just gonna get it looked at. I don't really have much time to play with it myself. Being as the left side takes such a beating at NJMP, I have a feeling its the bearing as well.

I know Thai has them on his car and seems to like them from his post I read.
I don't think the TF studs are long enough for 20mm spacers. Its says on there site that it can bond 14mm spacer max. I was going to get apr front studs for 20mm spacers. The TF studs are perfect length for the rear hub so you don't have to remove the hub to install.

I would never use bolt on spacers on track.

Don't call them knock-offs, Chu will get mad.

ARP's don't seem so expensive, I thought they were gonna be more. About $80 seems to be the going rate for 10 of them.

I have some sweet Alwaysinboost spec intake valves. they're custom bent to my exacting specifications and meet ANSI 1.2.5643.69 standards. Custom mendrel bent stems means air will flow smoother into the cylinders creating a venturi effect and increasing gas mileage as well as performance.

No, its totally different. THe TF studs look like oem, but are longer, and zinc coated, or whatever makes tham that gold color. The ARP are longer, and has the taper end. ARP are prolly much stronger, but also cost much more.

EBAY has studs, similar to APR, but half price. Get them!
