I take most of what I read on the internets with a grain of salt. These tires do seem to be doing well over seas so I figure I don't have much to lose if I try them out. @ $400 a set its hard not to.

I like the ST's, they took everything I threw at them this past weekend. No transfer issues or anything.. They're just extremely loud on the street.

The st43 doesn't have enough braking torque for me on rcomp tires. Ill have to try st42 or st47.

except for the whole ruining wheels when the compound gets wet thing...

I still love me some carbos but they're so damn expensive.

We didn't have any rain, so it wasn't an issue. That being said, I did wipe them off at the end of the day Saturday, and before I drove home Sunday evening.
