pretty fast from what I recall. you going with carbos? IMO I would do your first day on those RB800 (assuming they're somewhat track worthy pads with over half their usuable life left) just to get a baseline. chances are you won't be able to out drive them on only one day even if you are like Chau. IF you feel they aren't biting hard enough or whatever then switch it up. Fluid is really the most important thing, as long as that is fresh you will be good to go.
