I'm afraid of the cold too but really don't know what I'm in for with this chartered event we are planning.

Thai, do you think we'd have access to any of the garages? If we could get into the main garage where the classrooms are attached, all 20-30-40 of us could congregate in there.

Pretty sure the garages cost about $90/day each. Thats a good question for AIB to ask his contact at NJMP. If I had to guess, the answer would be no. What the hell do I know though...

yeah, there's going to be a very low number of staff there as they want to keep the cost down. i don't think the building would even have heat. i'm not sure about the garage. they usually charge if there's a high demand but i have been to event where they are free and first come first serve. it wouldn't cost them anything to open the garage for us. but we should get a list of questions together for marc to as ask next time he contacts them.

i was just thinking that since we chartered the whole track that we'd at least have access to that and the bathrooms or maybe the building at turn 3 with bathrooms. i'm not worried about having heat but with the way the wind blows there, some indoor shelter would probably be appreciated.

at our last event it was mid 60s and bustery. chu and all of us welcomed some time sitting inside between sessions.

I'm sure we'll have access to the bathrooms, I can't imagine they would be locked. Garages, not so sure about.
