Fishtown, Northern Liberties etc.... you know... the East Edge of Philadelphia proper, the Delaware river. Center city is very near West Philly (separated only by the Schuylkill)

Thanks for the clarification.

I'll vouch for the shell station for inspection. I take all my cars there. It's painless. Just call and give a heads up. They whip out the obdII scanner right then and there and just get it done.
