You guys missed some serious Evo weather at Limerock. We woke up to snow on Saturday - I'll tip my cap to the track crew who worked dilligently to get us out there. It rained a bit, and the last few hours it was dry. Evos held their own and had some of the FTD's across the run groups.
An Integra dropped oil in the first session on west bend and myself and 3 other guys (Z06, 135 and Miata), did a little sideways dance together managing to avoid any damage. For the rest of the day, we had the greenies taking West Bend from the inside and shifted the downhill's apex about 8 feet while the advanced guys were running through the crap to get it to dissipate (mind you it was 40 and a bit humid).
I look forward to seeing some of you guys at the EMRA event in 2 weeks at Limerock?!

Believe it or not, the expanding plastic on the end of the pics can wear or break apart and fall out. Some people have menetioned this before. On the STI, which shares the same Brembos as Evos, there is a locking clip on the pin. I've seen some people drill holes in the pins, and use locking clips.

Mike was lucky I have 2 full sets of rear Brembos at home...also have a set of new pins for the rear...which I don't recall buying.

Sweet! The course didn't seem all that long. Or maybe that's because you were going so fast!

I really like that they put the lines down on the course. I think that really helps.

It was a little damp in the morning but not wet.

I talked to the course designer and for some reason they only decide to use half the lot. Its usually a 60+ seconds course with the same speed. I think they were anticipating a large turn out because it the first event, so they made it short to keep things moving. Thats the shortest course I've ever ran there in 6 years. They used to make course where I was hitting 3rd gear in the s2k.
