Philadelphia's Classiest Drunkards

Tru story bro.
You can keep playing GT5 and doing one or two autoxes a year or you can sing up for Watkins Glen with the rest of us and start a new chapter in your motorsports life.
I was once like you, Tim. It took my friends 4 years of constant hounding to finally get me away from the drag strip and at my first HPDE. I thought, ok whatever, I'll see what all the fuss is about, this HPDE stuff can't be all that. Boy was I wrong! I can still remember coming in from my first session @ Shenandoah, hands shaking, shirt covered in sweat and in a daze (it was with Trackdaze) with a huge smile on my face. I haven't been the same since.

I still get the same thrill now as I did on my very first day. In fact, its better now than it ever was. I come back from every event saying "that was the best event ever".
It just keeps getting better and better the more you do. I'm sure you know the feeling.

Sorry James, I skipped over this.
I got mines from some guy on the forums years ago. He only made and sold a few and I don't think he is doing it anymore.
If you are going to get one, and its not for a full time track car, I would suggest one of two things.
1 - get a removable one so you can take it off when not in use.
2 - If you can't get removable, get a soft tow hook made of nylon.
I don't like the fixed ones in the front, they damage too many shins and aren't practical on a street driven car. I keep my tow hook in the glove box and just install the morning of when I arrive on the track. done!
