Went to NJMP today to check out a nasa event...
Ended up watching a porsche 944 turn into superman, attempting to drive over an elise and start flying. He actually succeeded in getting all four wheels off the ground. Those pro races are damn intense to watch, and that poor elise was missing alot of body panels afterward.

Thankfully everyone walked away but def one of the crazier things I have ever seen. I know someone who got it all on tape so hopefully I can post it here in not too long.

Anyone into guns? I have a glock 19 currently, and want to pick up something nicer I guess. I'm looking at an h&k usp compact in a 40 and usp tactical compact in a 45. Any opinions? My main complaint with the glock is it's too small in the actual grip and isn't super comfortable for me. Mainly looking for reliability and shooting impressions. I'm looking to spend right at or a little over a grand. Also considering a Kimber desert warrior II but it is a little out of my price range.

Reliability wise, you cant beat that glock dude. Comfort is a whole other ballpark. A friend has an heckler .40 compact in that ghey urban camo shade. It's a bad *** pistol.

Mackie with a gun? Just doesn't seem right for some reason but you're from Texas so I guess it makes sense. I remember watching my wife firing an AK47 and an AR15 a few years ago and having the same impression. She's 5'1" and was pregnant at the time. It looked so weird.

Rob, your wheel were torqued with the torque wrench to spec, not the impact wrench. And 80 on five lug nuts is more than enough to hold a wheel on.

Chau, do you have a desk at work? How many pictures of pete do you have in heart-shaped frames? I know he's dreamy but get a grip man!!!!

80 is right were you want to be anyways.

As far as the pics, I do find the bike to be pretty funny but like BBS said, way to many pics of dudes.

Thats true, my glock has never been treated nicely, and has never jammed on me in over a thousand rounds. I just want something a little nicer to keep on my bedside table The h&k just feels good to me. I need to shoot one some more though.

that bike was awesome. The guy had a 400 watt motor from one of those razor scooters hooked up to it and in the backpack had a bunch of batteries to run the damn thing. Only thing that sucked was the small breaker he had hooked up to it would keep tripping so you had to keep resetting it. It was a good time.

Damn it never ends. I'm running out of fuel big time over 5000 RPM. The injectors are at 86% DC then they jump to some crazy 230% around 5K and it goes to 13.1 where I let off. I was hoping it would eek by until I had some time and money to spare but I guess that's not happening.

Ben and Pete left too early to see that one kid get got plastered...the one that took a full 12oz cup of Hennesy. He passed out and they all started writing on him. It was more a college party than a grand opening to be honest. Both partners who runs the business also got plastered. Good times.
