My neck surprisingly is not bothering me today. What is killing me is my back, muscles around spine are sore to touch as well as both my sides. Ribs are not broken but the whole area is bruised nicely. I always use the rib protector seat insert, didn't work that great. Guess it was just a rough crowd?! As far as pain, last time we went was much more pain the next day then this time.
