No, I don't blame you. I've known the wife for 10 years, been serious for about 7, and living together for 3. I tried to delay as long as I could...

And even then, do I REALLY know her? They are women after all...

Also, you could always call up CCW and have them make you 18x10's with a different offset front to rear so you won't need spacers or fender rolling. they're not BBS LM's, but they're still baller wheels.
Why is it you'd need a spacer up front (not trying to be a smart ***, im just dumb.) I did more research, and bbs of japan offers 18x9 +25 and 18x10 +25. Why would any of those sizes, including the 18x9.5 +38, require a spacer up front? My 18x9.5 +22 Te's fit perfectly. Is it a caliper issue?

It all depends on the spoke design relative to caliper clearence... I think.

So here are my official options

LM 115 18x9.5 +38
LM 194 18x9 +25
LM 195 18x10 +25

Did research and it seems that all of these designs clear bbk's. Skylines and G35's all have similar caliper dimensions and they all clear those. Should I take the chance and roll with the 18x10 +25's? Or play it safe with the 18x9.5 +38's and poke around with spacers to have them sit flush with the fender

I know you're not trying to be a smart a$$, you are a smart a$$.

the short answer is suspension geometry. the front wheels are turning while the rear is just moving up and down. because of that the shock bodies are different front to rear, fender clearance are different, wheel to shock body clearances are different front to rear and so on. So while something might fit fine in the rear, it won't always do the same up front.

Noted. All of the sizes I listed fit perfectly over skyline/g35 brembo without spacers. So using monkey math, I'm going to a$$ume that it'll work with the evo setup . blaaah i want those 18x10's but might just have to stick with the 18x9.5 +38 and play it safe

Which setup would show the most lip?

Gotcha

The lower the offset the more concavity? How does that work?

These are pretty sweet too

Josh got new enkei's? I believe with a flat face design like the lm's, less offset wouldnt mean more concavity, just more lip.

Anybody else want to order 24 more lm's with me? They wont make em unless I order 28........

In that case I would go with the 9 +25

Same size lip as the 10, but a lot easier to get 225's on

Either way I'm sure it will look sick

Lets see the back to back plots.. I hope I gave you enough data! I know your uncorrected numbers were quite a bit lower

Ill put it up tonight when I get home. It was pretty close but I don't know how to mess with the smoothing thing properly. I just picked a number and went with it.
I did get the wheels today. I can't decide what color I want to do them in though. I don't think they will look good in gold like i originally planned.
