Took my car to the dealer to get the "Check" warning looked at and my timing chain is shot at 33k. They said its only the second time they have seen this.

nah i decided to stay away from jeff d and took it to this place in newark. Porter mits.
So far so good. I was told the chain was covered under warranty which is excellent . Im shocked that a chain went out at 33k.

nah never got tuned. Ive been working 7 days a week pretty much all summer and really dont have the time. Hopefully soon though, as classes start back up and i will have some free time.

hope you get that fixed. seems like there are lots more people stretching timing chains that destroying timing belts....or maybe the ecu is more sensitive to picking up faults in the chain.

i don't know.

pete, those townhouses must be rentals judging by the different cars out in front all the time. that's a hell of a way to spend a race weekend.
