But i will say one thing you don't have is a beach. Can you fish for shark or flounder in PA? No, best you got is rainbow trout ... i know you guys like your rainbows...

And what about the pine barrens? How many deserts in the world have trees? Just this one
You're not really the target audience. You weren't born there anyway, so you don't even really count. The people that get angry over Jersey bashing are the born and raised Jersey home bodies.

So besides that and the beaches, I do not like Jersey.

I spent many a Sunday in the Pine Barrens in my youth. It amazes me to this day I did not have a head on collision with someone on those trails.. Ride a Banshee or Quadzilla through the tight trails leaves no room for 2 people to pass each other... There was also Millville and another ride spot that is escaping me right now.. The place began with a B.... someone help me remember

So that leads me to ask, what Dirt Bikes and ATV's you guys had. Lets see, I had a YZ125, RM250, Honda Fourtrax 250, Banshee and I think thats it. Looking back on those days I cannot believe I did not break any bones, but I certainly hurt myself. I think I wrecked my back riding and crashing... it has always hurt since I was a teenager...

The one thing I learned is I cannot be trusted on a street bike, so dirt bikes saved my life!
Suzuki DR100
Honda XL250R

The Honda was a dual-sport bike that I registered for street use when I turned 16. Between the ages of 14 and 16 I used to steal the license plate of my fathers '93 ZX-11, slap it on the Honda on go cruising on the streets. He kept his bike under a cover, so he was typically none the wiser.

I would love to get a street bike, but I wouldn't feel comfortable with one living in and around the city. Way too many bad drivers out there, which brings us back to NJ.

Thats because you used it in the past, now msr wants you to stick with it. Someone on the scca board was asking the same thing the other day. Suck it up buttercup!

You choose your number when you register, if you pre reg'd last time you may be stuck with the same number you used then, and for ever going forward.

Doesn't bother me anyway. I spent a week in the suburbs of LA (not the nice ones) and I really liked the area compared to jersey. :P

Of course it helped that i was 30 minutes from malibu...

I hate riding in traffic. Ive had people come out of MY blindspot and nearly miss me!

Its one thing to hit something thats in your blindspot, but completely unacceptable to hit someone when your in their blindspot.

sorry for all the bold.

I have no idea what I'm doing for lunch today and the sad thing is that will be the most important decision I make all day.

I'm thinking Jim's chinese buffet in Lansdale, but I know my stomach will be hating me afterwards.

In the year or so that I legally rode my Honda on the street, I had quite a few close calls. The fact that the bike had drum brakes front and rear didn't help my cause.

Hahaha, That would make rolling your car over almost worthwhile. If nothing else, it would be one expensive joke.

BTW, doesn't 8 slices of pizza=a whole pizza?

Yes!!!

I've only had Grimaldi's in Brooklyn, but it may have been the best Pizza I've ever had. I gorge myself with Pizza whenever I'm in NYC. I recently found out about a Pizza tour that is supposed to be incredible.
