Thats BS. was this @ LVGP? they have a couple flag stations and you will see a blue flag w/yellow stripe if you're holding people up so there should be no excuse.
The other cool thing about Mondays is that all the guys there are really fast (regulars) and you don't have to worry about getting stuck behind anyone.

Nope this was near san fran (booo!). They did have the flags and such, but sucked at enforcing things.
Its a technical term i beleive. I use it in two different ways:
1) The moment at the apex where all 4 tires are using their maximum grip for turning. (a theoretical thing)
2) A proper (small slip angle) drift using weight transfer. With certain cars this can be the fast way around a turn.
The counter attack statement is from Initial D. It's what the emperor (evoIII) says to takumi (ae86) before the touge race.
