Ap1 is more twitchy than ap2. Suspension geometry was changed slightly, different shocks and springs, different sway bars.

So, quantitatively, im guessing a thicker front sway and maybe cushier rear rates?

My friend has an ap1 with a vortech blower on it. It seems like everything happens 1.5 times faster than it actually does. I want him to bring it to an auto x but he keeps *****ing out lol. He is looking to trade it for some thing like sti/evo or something different

Yes, ap2 has softer everything. A lot of people do ap1 sway bar conversion because its larger.

Nice reflexes, Thai.

That curbing doesn't seem high enough to me to rip off an oil cooler, does the AMS unit hang that low?

There's a ditch on the other side if the curb because of the soft ground from the rain. Also the ams sits lower than oem slightly.

He bypass the oil cooler and ran another session but oil temp git a little high. It was in spring time and ambient temp was cool.

5 years ago, when I joined this forum, it was awesome. It was an older and wiser crowd, and the topics were decent, and lots of techinical questionsa nd debates. Fast forward, kids realize Subarus suck ***, Evos are cheap, and so the forum goes in the drain with threads like this...

Why even waste your time looking at those post or even reply to them.
If everyone ignore stupid posts, then they wouldn't post them anymore.
