Philadelphia's Classiest Drunkards
I just stumbled upon this thread, and this is a VERY disturbing trend to say the least.

The funniest part is that the guy says that he is planning on buiding a 600+hp 2.3l. I'd love to see a car with that much power sporting as ridiculous a stance as he is.

Has anyone heard from Mike since he and Simmons looked at the S2000?
In beer news, Wegmans has a stash of 22oz Port Brewing WipeOut IPA's. I was in there last night... I picked up an Elysian The Immortal IPA, pretty good, had it once before. Have any of you guys had the Ommegang Triple? They had a bunch of that in 22's as well, didn't get it, but I like triples...

With that said if I was single or married with no kids this S2000 would be mine and I would daily drive that. With a little work the car would be an awesome daily driver. It was well maintained and in very nice shape besides the water problem.
So Chu, add a totaled - water damaged not smashed Evo to the list of things I need...
Simmons did not want to pull the trigger, nothing to do with the car though. We were concerned that it would take us a long time to shake out a proper suspension. He feels we could do his Miata up for CSP and win, which probably is correct. We base everything on fun factor, is my Evo more fun than the proposed project. What I need to do is find a Salvage (water damaged just like S2000) Evo 9 RS and remove all parts from my car to that. Then I could daily drive my car again and get the hell out of the truck every day. I basically would convert my car back to semi stock. Nice set of shocks and springs for a proper ride height and a quiet exhaust. I would just run pump and call it a day. I still have my stock seats.
