PCD: Last year's version
Justin, care to tell me what seat you're getting? I have been wanting a Cobra Suzuka GT lately, as the Sparco in my car is now down in ATL going in Chau's 240SX. I have a Buddy Club at home, but its alittle tight for me. Great at the track, not so much for dd. THe Suzuka I tested at NJMP was perfect.
My other considerations are the OMP WRC or Champ from Stable Energies.
we should be talking about this...

Woahhhhhh perfect! We get crash a party, AND go-kart. Perfect.
I really think my car would benifit from softer springs. I just couldn't hit the curbing like you could. the car is too unsettled. I was trying to take T4 like you did, but the car would feel like it hopped halfway across the track on exit and then slide to the exit curbing.
Regarding the gains in those two sections, you have to remember, even though I was on 10mm larger tires (my 255 vs your 245) and stiffer springs, you have an intake, sways, exhaust & coils... that has to account for something. 1:34.6 according to harrys is what I ran as my best time, so we're about 1.3 seconds apart best laps. Most of my laps are in the mid 35 range, tho.
I have an OEM ratio rear. 3.23 r&p, I think. I'm shifting at 6k in 4th on the straight, which is right about after I get the wheel straight and into 3rd in the braking zone of T7. I am also at the limiter in 3rd right before I brake for the devils elbow. My limited is at 6.5k. I tried 3rd into 1 and 2 but I kept hitting the limiter before the exit. When I TT i try and hold 4th on the straight but I don't drive like that for DE, unless the championship in on the line. If you took my line thru the elbow and into the pus and held forth longer on the straight I wonder what he delta would be...
We will have to do a data plot next year...but I am pretty sure I was quicker through T1-2 and through T6--despite your later turn in and earlier-on-the-gas line.
My lap: 5th to 3rd for T1-2, grabbing 4th in the middle of the little straight between T2 & T3, then back to 3rd for T5, up to 4th until T7, where I grab 3rd, then back to 4th again in the esses, then 5th at the end of the curbing (wheels straight at 6K).
