sucks for the guy this happened too, sometimes cops can be ********* but generally there pretty cool (at least here in jersey).
I once got pulled over doing 95 in a 45. There was no excuse, i wasnt paying attention. It was 2 am and I just got off the PA turnpike. Once i told him that, he agreed i was a dumbass and gave me a ticket for air freshener.
