Well they want more people to buy insurance which means more money going to the insurance companies but then they cut back money paid to healthcare providers and facilities. Where's it going? It's being pocketed by our government and insurance companies.

It's like when I used to contract through an agency for side work. The agency would get paid say $90/hour and I'd get $50/hour. So some agency is basically taking home what I take home when I'm the one doing the work and also the one who went through school to have the skills to do the work. F that. I started going independent and undercutting the agencies and making more until they made most facility enter into contracts prohibiting use of people like meh.

Unions probably don't like it because they are cutting back staff and there is no place to put the union members in most health systems. Unions suck IMO.
